For parking lot sealing you want the best protection! Terzosealing uses a blackmac sealer that is resistant to salt and will aid in the melting of snow and ice. Protecting your asphalt from further oxidation, frost damage, and destructive UV rays, blackmac is ready to take on any weather that comes its way. For driveways we do one coat due to the minimized traffic. For parking lots we do two coats, due to high traffic- for each coat we will allow full dry time. OUR PROCESS: Our team will first clean the asphalt of any weed/ around endges- we then come in with a power sweeper or a high powered blower to throughly clean before the sealing process begins/ boreds may be used to protect your interlock- sidewalks or curbs while we are sealing to ensure complete accuracy and zero overspray after edging we begin spraying the driveway with even and thick coats passing over 50% of the other spray pass ensuring you have full coverage.
